Gluten Free

Gluten free made in a wheat friendly kitchen. All products are produced in in our bakery on a select day when wheat is not being used. The kitchen is fully sanitized prior to making GF products; all surfaces and equipment are bleached with a 100 ppm solution, some pieces are equipment are exclusively gluten free. Because we use wheat on a regular basis we can not fully guarantee gluten free and are therefore not certified, though rest assured knowing we take the same precautions for all allergies to prevent cross contamination.

Our flour blends are mixed in house using certified gluten free ingredients.

We are always expanding our gluten free selection, at the current time these are the offered products:

Breads; Crusty artisan loaf, milk bread, fluffy dinner rolls.

Custom cakes and cupcakes available in flavours listed under ‘cakes’.

Deserts; selection of pies, tarts, cookies, brownies, macarons, etc.

To place a gluten free order please contact us with at least 1 weeks notice. Short notice orders will be taken on only when time/scheduling allows. Thank you for your cooperation.
