Bryson Family Bakery is not an allergen free kitchen. We frequently use eggs, dairy, gluten and nut products. We take all efforts in preventing cross- contamination, but we can not guarantee that our products will not contain allergens. General cake and desert orders require 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. If the order has already been started a refund of 50% of total costs will be given. Completed orders will not be refunded.
Charity & Donations
Charity and donation requests must be received no later than two weeks before the event start date. All donations will be subject to the owners approval.
We appreciate at least one week notice to fill your order for sweets and basic cakes.
Intricate cakes and wedding cakes require 4 weeks notice and a consultation at the time of ordering.
We appreciate 1-2 weeks notice for catering and events.
CSA orders must be submitted on the Sunday before expected delivery. L
Custom orders,catering events and wedding cakes will require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. All orders must be paid in full at the time of pick-up/delivery. CSA orders must be paid in advance. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer. The payee is responsible for any charges acquired for insufficient funds or cancelled e-transfers. The roadside stand will operate on a cash basis.
Pick up & Delivery
Product pick up on customized orders will be agreed upon on the ordering contract. If orders are not picked up on time a late fee of $10/30 minutes may occur if previous arrangements were not made. Likewise, $10/30 minutes will be deducted from an order total if Bryson Family Bakery fails to deliver per the agreed upon time.
Delivery charges are estimates and are subject to change. They may be adjusted on a case to case basis or subsidized if there are several orders going to the same zone.
Delivery is included in the price of all wedding cakes and all cakes over 2 tiers.
Delivery is included in CSA orders to the specified meeting point. A location or home delivery outside of the specified meeting point may be subject to an additional fee.
Privacy & Confidentiality Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information gathered is protected through our system software. If a breach of our system is identified all involved persons will be notified immediately. Payment information is not kept on file.
If you are unsatisfied with your product a refund will be awarded only if the FULL product is returned. Any problems or concerns must be brought to the owner’s attention immediately at the time of pick-up or delivery. Refunds will not be given for any products already consumed or for any problems arising from in-proper handling, storage, weather or any other act of god outside the control of the owner or customer.
